After working for 10 years within the Fashion Industry as a Fashion Consultant, she recently switched careers to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a Chef. She started creating content on social media on February 2022 and developed a growing community of cooking enthutiasts since then.

She currently combines her work as a recipe developer with teaching cooking classes as a Chef Instructor in Madrid.
Also, she has also worked as a Chef de Partie in restaurants in Madrid and New York and staged in Michelin starred restaurants such as Eleven Madison Park*** .
She has hosted private dinner parties and Pop Ups and led showcookings for Kitchen Aid and ICEX at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York among others.

She also worked as a food stylist for brands like Hero.

In the summer of 2023 she launched her own clothing collection collab with the renowned english brand Novel Mart, called Sobremesa.

She has worked and collaborated with brands such as:
Just Spices, Kom Vida, Graza, L'Oréal, Novel Mart, Lékué, Indi & Cold , Cabreiroa , Olistic, Petra Mora , Campo Grande , Compañía Fantástica , Pastelerías Mallorca , Montenevado , and Coca Cola.
